As a property owner, you are responsible for maintenance of the water and sewer lines that run from the exterior of your home to the public utility connection. Should a line for which you are responsible break, spring a leak or clog, the repair can cost an average of $2,600 or more. If a sewer line breaks under the street before the tap (which is still the homeowner’s responsibility), the repair could be $10,000 or more. That’s an out-of-pocket expense that is both unanticipated and can wreak havoc on a family budget. Usually repairs to the service lines on your property are not covered by a homeowner’s policy and the city in which you live is only responsible for public service lines, Best Quality Plumbing can repair and replace your sewer laterals for you. We are a fully licensed sewer and plumbing contractor.

Trenchless pipe bursting, bursts cast iron, vitrified clay, concrete, cast iron and pvc pipes. WE install HDPE pipe during our bursting process. HDPE stands high density polyethylene. HDPE is flexible but extremely strong. it has no joints and therefore it is not as susceptible to tree roots intrusion like other pipes. it also does not rust like galvanized iron. it doesn’t break like vitrified can. NOTE: Pipe bursting allows our professional plumbers to dig two points of access at the beginning and end of your piping system, therefore, no need to dig up your entire yard. The old line is broken apart as the new pipe is pulled trough it, effectively destroying the damaged line and replacing it with a high density polyethylene pipe that is stronger and more durable. A sewer Camera inspection should always be done before determining which method is best for you, when the pipes are not easily exposed to see it’s current conditions.
